Hia

Well

When is the best time to visit Scotland?

When are the midges about?

What area do midges tend to favour?

supposedly worst near water and trees, don't like wind and rain and lesser on the east coast.

Polly we went to the Isle of Skye beginning of June one year and the little blighters were very hungry.  However if you wear lots of lavender scented cream etc midges will look for a meal elsewhere.  Avon Skin so Soft is supposed to frighten midges away.  I now have some in the motorhome for when I go to Scotland again.

Was going to Scotland this year but .... Crying or Very sad
