After nearly having a meet cancelled this weekend at the last minute due to bad ground conditions, what we plan on doing for the future is getting a contact number for member attending a meet so we can contact them if there are any problems. This weekend many members had already set off by the time we found out the meet was in doubt due to heavy overnight rain.
Your numbers will be kept safe and not shared with anyone else.

Hope this is OK
