What a gorgeous place this is, scenery is stunning, been as far north as you can and now heading back down the islands, weather been bad today, misty, wet and windy, visiting Scalloway and Lerwick tomorrow, gonna seem busy after having beaches and roads to ourselves for the last few days! EDIT - just looked at the weather forecast and we might experience proper shetland weather tomorrow, 51mph winds, will have to choose my parking spot carefully tomorrow

Just leave Adele outside then you can sleep peacefully, wake her when the wind decreasesÂ

Home Had a good run home, no hold ups whatsoever, wasn't expecting that on a bank holiday weekend, might have been a different story if I travelled further down than Penrith yesterday though. Had a great trip, head full of memories and scenic views I'll never forget, it is a long way and an expensive crossing but well worth doing

Ever wondered what magical place is at the end of the road? this is the furthest you can drive on UK roads [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] Not very special but there is a gorgeous beach just behind it.
A couple of pony's that come to say hello, as well as trying to pinch my tools when I was fitting a new aerial, tried eating Adele's fag case, chewing chairs etc
