| Hia Yes I know this is not the committee room and possible should be in there. But I thought I would just think aloud I know not all members go to Whittingham Beer and Sausage Festival But What your thoughts on Motor-Homers Sponsoring [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] a Barrel for £80. I'm sure our treasure would say we can afford it | |

I do reliaze that not every member goes to this venue and may not have witnessed what goes on. The behind the scenes, pre festival meetings to arrange this event. All done voluntary. All staff no matter what there job is over the 3-5days is done voluntary. The event is now run by Whittingham Club not the sorry I've forgot who they were blooming memory. So 100% goes to local groups.
If we have to decide before we have our AGM, then I will put the request in the committee room for a vote | |

| Was the rotary club Polly
Reason I say it's a good idea is the amount of caravans and Motorhomes that attend the event, could pick some good new members up. £80 for the sponsor, you get 10 wrist bands, "IF" we did sponsor a barrel, we would already have 10 wrist bands so people attending could get them off us rather than on the gate, this would get £50 back, so it would only cost the club £30
That's my thoughts on it

| Don't know why my posts keep turning blue I think it only happens when I post on my mobile, but anyway, what I said earlier was "Was the rotary club Polly Reason I say it's a good idea is the amount of caravans and Motorhomes that attend the event, could pick some good new members up. £80 for the sponsor, you get 10 wrist bands, "IF" we did sponsor a barrel, we would already have 10 wrist bands so people attending could get them off us rather than on the gate, this would get £50 back, so it would only cost the club £30 That's my thoughts on it" _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |
