| you can buy this in b and m,i bought the vindaloo paste,i fried a small onion until opaque in one large spoon of ghee, added 8oz of lamb and fried for 3 minutes, then add small tin of tomatoes and 80ml of water and 1 chillie{seeds removed}cooked it all very slow for 40 minutes the i added 1/2 teaspoon of caram masala and i small spoon of peanut butter.give it a good stir and serve.result was the best vindaloo i have had.i will never buy pataks curry paste again,i think over the last 18 months whatever they have done to it all the flavour has disapeared.so its NAZIRS from now on,and its cheaper. | |
