Good Evening-what you done today?

Well the day is slowly disappearing into dusk, but:

Swept an ocean of leaves up and down the street and garden and tidied all the beds.

Washed/cooked/ironed/housework.

Manned the 'mates' advice line Laughing

Rescued a cat - gone home now, happy ending.

Had long conversation with the van about MH stuff. It doesn't answer back or wind me up - bit like Shirley Valentine and The Wall.

Letched horribly after the lithe dark haired green eyed heating engineer with bottom sticking out of the airing cupboard (his, not mine).

I will have to break the heating more often........ Embarassed

Today I have:

- bought a coffee machine
- drawn up a building defects list
- catalogued 100s of keys
- been to the bank
- organised a fire drill for 600 kids and staff
- been to Duvalay to order a new mattress for t'van but they were shut when I got there
- only had two cuppas all day!

Have I got my priorities wrong??

I am sat with my flavoured lemonade (with whiskey) and my giant chocholate buttons in there resealable bag Laughing

I have just finished my stint of dog sitting for today back tomorrow at 5.30am or maybe 5. 45am for my first trip of the day

but for the moment I am relaxing with my lemonade

Had a bit of a lazy day for a change , we had 2 grandchildren staying overnight , the ones that are not hard work , give them an i pad, laptop and the remote for the TV and that's it job done , they have now gone home so me and Rina are looking after the Booze cupboard drunken

so we will be soon Sleep

Well today i fixed the ignition on the cooker, fitted some new led lights, chilled out in the afternoon, just been for a few pints and a meal, caught up on here, now just about to watch my 6 numbers drawn on the lottery Very Happy
