| What in your opinion is a reasonable time for delivery of something you have bought and paid for over the internet from a UK company?
My opinion is there is no excuse for something to take more than 5 days, you can post something in Cornwall one day and have it delivered in Scotland the day after, that gives them a few days to pick and pack it, must be a very big warehouse if they cant do it in that time!! We have a 5 day call to delivery policy at work, from when the call is taken we deliver on our own transport within 5 days and it doesn't matter if its a few kilo's or 25 ton
I bought an item on the 29th and no sign of it yet, their website says my order is "awaiting fulfilment" I emailed them yesterday but had no reply, thats another thing I don't agree with, it only takes a few seconds to reply, even if it's something like "we'll look into it and get back to you" My thought about this is they have none in stock, or they don't keep them in stock and get them shipped from somewhere else but no mention of this on the web-site. This is a well known motorhome dealers that I won't be using again _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.]

| Yeah, me too. I think sellers should have to say if the items are in stock or not _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Hope so Jan. But what exactly does awaiting fulfilment mean? Could be anything, what's wrong with order placed, order picked, shipped, here's your tracking number etc at least you know what's happening _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| I bought a motor kit for my awning from the cheapest UK seller. I had to persue them for a "what's going on" response, finally told would arrive from Belgium 11th September. I paid two weeks ago | |

| I've only ordered one item from them and it was a fiamma leader bar end cap. They sent the wrong part but it definitely wasn't sent from them it came from a third party and it took lots of emails to sort it out. I eventually got a refund and bought elsewhere. | |

| I bought four smallish items from Amazon from different shops on 6th August. Three of the items, which weren't urgent, arrived before the 10th August. All four shops gave delivery date as 10th so why did it take the item I was waiting for over 14days to arrive? Contacted seller who gave a standard answer = one customer lost. Then at 8pm on Bank Holiday Monday I ordered a very large item, via Amazon, that was delivered on the Thursday. There is good customer service and then there is ....... | |

| Ken, I think you should ring Peter at Johns Cross, as he is the Manager and he usually has his finger very firmly on the pulse. I cannot believe that he has not replied to your email. I take it you have checked your junk folder to see if it has gone straight into that?
I have had excellent service from them in the past.

| Well after telling them I was going to cancel the payment I got a reply! Waiting for stock, least they could do is let their customers know what's going on, I think this is poor service and I won't be using them again, order cancelled and placed elsewhere _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |
