Sorry, was a busy night last night and hadn't time to explain, was quicker to phone Bob.
I'm in contact with Barbara about the parking, I don't know how many spaces we can have yet, last thing i wanted was 15 people putting their names down and then be told we can only have 10 spaces like we were allowed this year, It's bad enough when i have to cancel a meet when we don't have enough members going, I think it would feel worse for me if I had to tell 5 members that I had dropped a boobie and they can't attend, only the 1st 10 to put their names down could go.
The topic Bob mentioned that got locked, had the same title as the planned meet and was in the 2014 organised rally section (moved now to news/chat) members could have started adding their names in that topic so i locked it.
Bob is going to see Barbara today so hopefully we will know later and will be able to start the list.
