Congratulations Barb

Congratulations Barb, it was 53 yrs ago today that I bought you a Babycham at the Elizabethan Ballroom at Belle Vue Gorton Manchester and formed a relationship that has endured all those years together, it was the most expensive drink I ever bought but worth every penny (it was in those days) just a few more months for our Golden anniversary.

Still   love you very much and thanks for putting up with my tantrums (and spending on m/hs) for all those years and looking forward to the next 50 yrs together xxxx

 Sure did Frank, I did some work in the bathroom moving the shower unit to another wall and cleaning the blinds and the walls then all the windows in the flat, while Barb washed all the net curtains and cleaned the lounge and the furniture, oh and we had a nice dinner with a good bottle of   to end the day.

Hi Les, thanks for the link and it brought back some really happy memories from our courting days and the Belle Vue speedway with my hero Ivan Mauger, who incidentally lived next to my brother when he retired and had a gold plated bike in his hallway, boy did we party in those days.
