Mmm that looks interesting. Have you tried boiling a kettle on it Marie and if so, does it take forever?

I was thinking for outside Bob, but your right. If I can have an extension lead for an electric ring, I could have one for the kettle.

But you are allowed to ask Cheryl re the kettle lol maybe it could pack in and you would need to use the gas one on this lol...I'm blonde too....well that's what it says in the bottle...!! Seriously it would boil in no time I cooked steak and mushroom and onions with the skillet pan in ten mins in this with veggies in the top of the bottom skillet it gets really hit quick but does not turn red...I turn it off at 8 mins and let the skillet keep cooking...it takes a while to cool down though but it has an emergency cut off if left on too long which is brill ...get one ! I'm going to use mine in summer outside to cook breaky when I don't want to get cadac out for two lol

Thanks Marie. I have one of these that I cook our breakfast on and if we cannot bother with getting out the BBQ but we cannot boil a kettle or boil spuds on it. I will think about getting one.
