Thanks for the welcomes.

We are about to put our house on the market and spare time is a bit shorter than normal but hopefully I'll be able to post something of interest or ask questions in the near future.

One good thing about having a MH when selling and buying houses – we could live in the MH almost indefinitely if there are any problems with the buyers or sellers.

And it would be cheaper!
