| Since arriving home from a great trip in France with reet good company we (Barb n me) have had some kind of sleeping sickness, we cannot keep our eyes open, feel really tried constantly and totally lac lustre and do not want to do anything, as it happens a few of our neighbours have been feeling the same, anyone feeling like this, think we need another holiday pronto.  | |

| I now know what was wrong with me, I take a B12 supplement injection every six weeks and it has been ten weeks since my last one, it was only with copious amounts of vin rouge whilst in France that kept me alive. Viva le France  | |

| Boy O boy that sleeping sickness has gone after my B12 jab today I cannot sleep at all, is there no happy medium in this sorry old world.  | |
