Success, got new (to us) van !

Picked up our new van yesterday, Hymer S650, 1997.
Previous owners had it since 1998, and have now retired from motorhoming.

Eileen's busy deep cleaning, and I'm familiarising myself with the techie bits.

It needs a solar panel, they didn't do much off grid stuff, and a few other minor things, nothing to stop us using it now.

It's got an underslung gas tank, semi-auto sat dish, a hardly used 4 metre safari room (will we ever use that ?), and piles of other camping related gear, much of it duplicates what we already have, but they were getting rid of it all.

We're trying to get away in it this w/e, probably Masham steam fair.

Happy days with our new (to us) merc based motorhome.
