Been to doc and my level was 4.6 in November !!!!
Have arranged for fasting blood test to be done

Anything between 2 and 6 is good, (normal being 3 to 5) so 4.6 is excellent - presuming you're talking about cholesterol levels that is ! Surprised

But normal fasting blood plasma glucose is between 4 and 6 millimols per litre or mmol/l for people who do not have diabetes, so no wonder I was on the wrong track ! Smile
