| dealers and their promises, do they really mean a thing. We took our cushions back to the dealers to send them back to the manufacturer as they had some serious stains on them and they where going flat were we sat after only being away in the new van for a total of four days (thats 2x2 nights) and also we wanted fitted a 13amp socket fitted on the front window that they failed to install when it was built. We told them we were going away until the beginning of December and could they please book us in for the work as soon as we returned, yes that will be fine we will arrange for your work to be done as soon as you return, well today we are informed that the cushions will not be ready until the 16th Dec. because they failed to inform them of the time scale we had discussed, so we are booked in then for the work. That means we have no furniture in the van until then so we cannot go away anywhere until then. Why cannot these people do anything correctly and at least keep you informed of any delays, why make promises you have no intention of keeping. | |

| Seems to be the world we live in nowerdays Bob, everything is complicated. It just feels like you are just another number in the sales figures rather than a valued customer. | |

No Ken we bought the last Buccaneer they had thats why we got it at the price we did, I think they had it on show for quite a while with loads of people looking at it and sitting in it with they grubby kids with sweets and dirty shoes so the cushion did show stains, they told us they would have it valeted before delivery but yet again another broken promise. Fair play to the manufacturer as when we sent them pictures they said straight away they would recover them foc so it was down to the dealers to organise it for us after we returned the cushions to them, but lack of communication between them failed.

Hope it all turns out well sometime this millenium. Something wrong with my computer, keep getting ghostly apparitions flying about......... DEALERS
