nice to be back

Hi All

We have been in our new house in the Limousin for ten weeks now and the only internet we have had has been via a mifi with SFR sim. This produced about a bit less than a half candle power, just sufficient, with lots of patience, to open emails, so we have lost track of what you lot have been up to. We now, after lots of form filling, got a landline and Livebox so can catch up with what is happening in the big wide world.

Just as an aside we are loving it down here it is like England as we remember it forty years ago except it does not rain nearly as often and is consistently warmer during summer ( winter still to encounter).

If any of you are heading this way we have space for a van for a few nights

Hi Lynda n Alan, glad to hear you are getting sorted in La Belle France, might just take you up on your offer of free accommodation, with ehu and free wifi in return for all the latest gossip about Polly, Adele, Pauline and Mel.

Off to Germany for a few weeks and will have some time in France before coming home early October.

We will be missing from the 10th September until about the 27th as madam thinks we need to go back to England, goodness knows why
