To be honest I don't know why that is on the map, it does say Ireland but I'm not going to Ireland

Going back to the Orkney Isles, we loved it there last time we went.
This time we're going during the heatwave but I aint telling anyone when that is

Just found out that area used to be known as the bay of Ireland but it's shown on the map like a town/village but if you search for it nothing comes up, going to do some island hopping as well this time

I'm not dead either. I've had a look on here most days....Like Ken I'm planning the route.....

Going along the Solway coast then up the coast to Ardrossan, using Arran as a stepping stone to Kintyre. Then over on to Mull, cross over to the Ardnamurchan Penninsular (again). Visit the Holy Grail of Arisaig Beach (again), and after kissing the sands, head over to Skye, over the Kyle Bridge and follow my nose all the way up the west coast of Scotland. Then across the top, where my gold is to stand on the most northerly point of mainland Britain...Dunnet Head.

I haven't a clue after that. I'll probably just quietly head south and see what happens..

Well I was away for Xmas, now back home doing finishing bits to the van. Got a medical app coming soon then off to Skipton on 22nd, then probably head off into Scottish land, would like to camp out in the snow, but that's not looking likely with our warm wet winters.

I fully understood your funny initial post and was very upset and embarrassed by your public response to my post. It was totally out of order.

If you had an issue with it's content you could have messaged me and we could have sorted it out amicably.......

I will be very wary about how much, and what I comment on, in the future.
