Don't you just hate the help lines when you have problems with something, just spent about half an hour on a help line regarding my TV box
Told them my box was faulty, won't start up, already knew where the hidden menu was, gone through all the reset options and still no joy so phoned the dreaded help line
Went through all the usual sh1te, is there power there, turn it off, have you a red button on your remote, press that and tell me what happens
what did they expect to happen? I knew it wasn't a remote option because the box was turning on, just stuck in the waking up screen, should have told them it blew my telly up and wanted a new one, anyway, 30 mins of my life wasted chatting to Angela who was reading a fault finding guide from a manual
who eventually said "It looks like you have a faulty set top box" - WOW, how good is she
