Once again!!

I've asked this before.
When you put your name down for a meet, or put someone elses name down, will you PLEASE use the USERNAME and NOT their real names, or eg putting Tom, Dick and Harry down if TDH asks " can you add Tom, Dick and Harry to the list"

I've just had to go through the rally list for the insurance and it makes things difficult, especially with new members.

Might be easier if I change the usernames next time
