It is about 1.5 miles to the northernmost tip of Carsington Water Polly.

The question is do I book it again and if so when

I think leave it for now and it can be booked when it’s convenient for us to go, not as a follow on meet from Bakewell, as you have organised this then had cancellations. Unfair on the site owner who could of let the field out to other groups wanting to go the dates you booked and unfair on you for the time and effort you have put in organising this and under very difficult circumstances too.

If I remember right it was booked without asking for folk to follow on from Bakewell it was just booked .Some on Bakewell said it would make a good follow on , I for one would not have followed on from Bakewell after 11days of being there . However we may have done it as another rally but not as a follow on . After weather being exceptionally cold wet and windy we was ready to head home . If folk have exceptional problems that is out of their control and cannot attend that is life . I really felt for John who was going onto this rally after Bakewell but he would have been the only one there .

Hi kate the reason it was booked as follow on meet was because poeple would be in the area and i know you was not going to run it witch is why i ask john to look after the sire till i got here but unfortunately every body cancelled.
So the question was should i book the site for next year and if so when ??
