Christmas 2024

Hi guys looking to book a Christmas meet again
I have been given information about Hilcote country club just of the m1 at j28 De55 5hr
The Christmas meal would be £32 a head this is a 3 coures meal and also includes a disco after the meal
Camping would be £5 pn and £10 with hookup
What do you think should i book it or as anybody got any others suggestions and details
Please let me know what you think as i don't what to book it and only a few trun up also as any been there and know what its like thanks

This sounds good to us, reasonably priced including a disco afterwards is certainly value for money. I believe Karen and Tim have eaten here recently and a new venue, hopefully central for long distance travellers too.

Well done Paul for finding this venue. Christmas meal on site instead of finding a local pub, and EHU for those who need it. What's not to like.

Very Interested Paul depending on dates . Also need to let you know Amanda may be in for spine surgery or procedures so if that falls at the same time we would have to cancel , feel I need to say this as at least folk know it's a possibility we may have to let you down at short notice as it would be out of our hands

Hi guys i called round the hilcot otherday  and i don't thing this will work out for us as they won't let us book it with out a 10 pound deposit from everybody and caravan are not allowed on site
If any body else as any idea were we could book a Christmas meet it would be much appreciated

I’m sure it is still open but I will give them a call to verify.
