Christmas meet 28/11/24 till Monday 2nd December will be held at:

The Ship Inn
Newington Rd
Bawtry
Doncaster
DN10 6DJ


£10 a night without hook up and £25 with


Dinner will be on the Saturday night - menu to follow 


And AGM will be on Saturday morning

Hi guys i just been on the landlord and i going to have to put a limit on spaces he say 16 vans but maybe 20 if weather is good to us

Hi guys rec this today from the pub for Christmas meet they say dew to a lack of interest last year at the pubt they are not doing Christmas menu but the  land lady says she will do a turkey dinner for are meet £15 ahead  and a Christmas pud at £4.5 and starters can be ordered of the normal menu and other desert 
The problem we have we need a minimum of 20 bums on seats for the meal 
So come on lets see some more names down on the list Please even if you just want to come for just the meal  thanks

Great Christmas meet despite only 9 people attending. Good Christmas dinner provided by the pub chef and enjoyable visit to Bawtry Christmas Market on Sunday by all. Thanks again to Paul for organising and Dale and Graham for helping.

Absolutely fab weekend, lots of fun and laughter from start to finish. The meal on Saturday evening was so good, plentiful that we couldn’t eat much Sunday. Great timing this weekend as Bawtry Christmas Market was on yesterday so we all enjoyed a lovely few hours continuing our Christmas celebrations weekend. It’s been lovely meeting up with members we haven’t seen in a while. Photos’ to follow.

Excellent meet and i could not have done it with out you all see you next year and merry Christmas ever body
