ola,i have been experementing with different spices etc,to try and get a unique flavour to my bbq meat.this all came about after visiting the HAVIN turkish restraunt in southport{check out the reviews on this restraunt}

after much experementing i have a 12 spice concoction that will leave your brain telling you i must have more of that taste,its best with lamb,and served with homemade tahini sauce with fresh mint.and simple boiled rice.also its very very good with a good quality chicken.

if you have an asian store near you try this{ Baharat}its name means spice.it has numerous uses for cooking marinade etc,this is where i got my idea from to mess about with spices.but the proof is in the taste.bon appetite.

ps.try homemade tahini:D
