The garden plot has produced a lot of veg this year so bottling in full swing. I've baked bread, made cheese, yogurt, jam marmalade, wine and pickles so thought about something new and heres the result wildies bangers. Next are a veggie burger

apart from a couple of split skins they are a resounding success, now how do I make chorizo and salami. do we actually have the climate required. anyone made their own salami in the UK, how did you get on success or failure?

I believe there is some guy in Yorkshire makes 'Yorkshire Chorizo'.

Ha ha, not likely I'm afraid only made 1 kilos and they will be gone by the time you arrive. besides you lot would need more than two kilos. I grow beef but don't eat my own I have to pay full shop price for it. Never mind there will be some vintage cider available.
