Rally Group Reminder

Just a reminder folks
To attend one of our rallies, you MUST be a member of the rally group, you don't need to do anything, I keep the rally group updated, as well as removing members from the group who have not attended a rally in the last 12 month.

This group was created for insurance purposes, so it is important that you use your registered username when adding to a rally, please don't use real names or nicknames etc

Your username will be green if you are in the group (committee member colours will override this colour)

Hi Ken, didn't know about this.....me and Eileen are booked onto the up-coming Whittingham rally and my name is not high-lighted in green! 
What, if anything, do I need to do?

Nothing, it's because you haven't attended a rally in the last 12 month, I will go thorough the Whittington list nearer the time or just after, I used to do it as names went down on the lists, but that many folk cancel it was a constant battle so I stopped doing it that way
