Brittany Ferry are now adopting a new policy of registering all motorhomer not previously registered. I was measured and entered on their data base as I had not usedthis m/h previously, your reg.No is entered along with the length so I had to pay an extra £27 as I was over the stated length in booked by 0.75mt.
If you have used your present m/h on their ferry then you are already registered, this will put a stop too booking the m/h length minus the bike rack a well as all mostly do
We sat on the docks for 5 hrs. Yesterday due to an oversize load grounding on the cat link due to boat arriving late and the tide dropping, causing the tuck too ground half way off the ferry.
Had a good sail through Bay of Biscay with only slight swell, been told we will arrive in Santander only 1hr late because the weather was good and time was made up.
