| Don't know too much about Samsung but didn't you have a computer disc with the phone to load program into computer then sync the phone with the computer and save file on desktop.
Attach tablet to computer and down load the file to tablet. I have a Blackberry and can download individual files to the computer so hope you can do that with the Samsung.

Don't have a computer only Ipad & phone & my samsung doesn't sync with my Ipad! Anyway. The app is the full payed for version & I'm told it is transferable, I was interested if anyone on here had done it.

| Just download the app again on the new device. I assume you have an unlock key or a username and password, just use t he same ones as you do on your other device, should work _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Just looked at this and you have to pay before you can download it so my way probably won't work. Can you go to the Google play store and download it again once you have paid for it? Once you get another device and register it on Google, you get the choice of which device to install an app on _________________ Keeping Leapys boat sailing [You must be registered and logged in to see this image.] | |

| Thats what I meant, you have paid, do you get the option to download it again? If so, then when you register a new device on your account, you "might" be able to download it and send it to that device.

| OK, forget all that, just found this - ALK Technologies wrote:
- Transferring or Deactivating your ALK Software License
Once your Software has been activated on your Device, you may not use the Software on another device unless the PKC, Google order number or any similar mechanism has first been deactivated on the Device where you have it initially installed. If you wish to transfer the Software on another Device with the same operating system you may do so by:
deactivating the Software on the initial Device, and installing the Software and activating on the new Device. This requires the following steps: Open your Activation screen and click on the Deactivate button. Confirm that you wish to deactivate the license on the current Device. Note that your Software will no longer run on this device after this step. A Deactivation Code (the "Deactivation Code") will be displayed. Enter the deactivation code and your PKC into the ALK Software deactivation web page at [You must be registered and logged in to see this link.] . This page will confirm that your PKC is now available for activation on your new device. Your Software can now be installed on your new hardware using the same PKC. It is only possible to transfer software between devices with the same operating system, e.g. Android to Android or iPhone to iPhone. It is not possible to transfer software between devices that have different operating systems (e.g. Android to iPhone). | So I installed copilot on my new nexus 7 tested it for a few days worked well easy to set up well pleased, off I went to Spain alls well until I was into Spain about 100mls then it froze & never worked again:(( When I managed to get a wifi connection tried to reinstall it with no success, so reinstalled it on my samsung phone seemed ok:)) On the drive home some 600mls later the fecking thing freezes again just before I get into France, never to work again. Think I'll buy one of those cheap chinnky units can't be any worse! Or a good map.
