Hooray

Our van is fixed and home at last
just been getting it ready for weekend

it would be rude not to go away on my weekend off
well not much wine and beer to go in 

perhaps cos we drunk so much at the festival the van still fully loaded

soon put a dent in that lol

just need to decide where to go

any suggestions one hour from Oldham

was thinking perhaps Fleetwood

Chester - park next to river in Roodee Car park overnight. Short walk to all city pubs !!

What did the garage mechanic do to fix it - was it a computer fault ?
Glad it's not dampened your spirit !

it was water getting in the fuse box this had to be replaced  
and wires worn from the ECU 
cost us £685 to get it back on the road 
ouch 
at least we are mobile again 
ready fro the off tmos night

Not so simple then .... have a good time and hope the weather picks up for you, where ever you end up.

Where did you decide on?
we like Lytham but I think you said you weren't keen on it

we did go to lytham in the end
had a fantastic weekend
after looking at the stopover some time ago it looked a bit undesirable
definately changed our view and was worth every penny
mind you we had the best spot nearest the beach
