Xmas meet at the Ship Inn, Austerfield, Doncaster 08/12/22 to 11/12/22

The 2022 Xmas meet will be held at:
The Ship Inn
Newington Rd
Bawtry
Doncaster
DN10 6DJ

3 nights, arriving on the 8th Dec, and leaving site on the 11th Dec

Price will be £5 per unit per night without EHU
Or
£20 per unit per night with EHU

Limited to 15 vehicles, with 6 EHU available, but splitters can be used if careful with usage.

There will be a Xmas meal on Friday, time and menu will be confirmed soon, price £20 per head but will be confirmed once the menu is finalised.

Motor-Homers AGM will be held at this meet, this will be at 12:00 on Saturday 10/12/2022

Rally Marshalls for this meet will be "The Motor-Homers Committee"

£15 a night for electric seems rather a lot, even more so if you are splitting it.

I can agree it's not bad at £20 a night, but when you look at them charging £5 without it doesn't look good then, who could use £15 of electric a night in a motorhome even at today's prices

’m not sure if I will make this but keeping my fingers crossed, seems as though me not using the motorhome as now been taken over with health hospital visits, but plenty of time till December

Sorry won’t be able to make the meet I have become somehow in the clutches of our local hospital.
Never had so many appointments in my life as I have had and counting the upcoming appointments
Yes I know it’s December but at this rate I might well 99% sure I will still be visiting the hospital. Each time I go something else pops up

Home after a fab weekend at the Ship in Austerfield, good company, plenty of laughs, plenty food and drinks. Santas little helpers were the best and they carried out their Secret Santa duties to perfection. Thank you Paul for organising this Christmas meet and we look forward to next years.
