Hi Gail and Kevin, in answer to your question it’s really a free and easy rally. We are within walking distance of the beautiful market town of Bakewell, plenty of eating places and pubs. Nice area for walking or cycling if that floats your boat. The rally is full at the moment but there is no one on the reserve list so get your name down, you may be lucky. Dave.

Hi Gail and Kevin , as Dave says in answering your question in above post .Bakewell is a very relaxing free and easy meet , Bakewell is within walking distance there is usually a market on the Monday . Plenty of places of interest to visit & walks . We won't have any shelters available to meet up in like other meets but if weather is good we do often gather together for a chat folk bringing their own drinks and nibbles .

Appreciate the offer but logistically unable to do it if I'm let down with anyone offering to do it which would course me probs as I am doing a follow on meet and have no way of carrying it .However , If you want bring it with you and take it back with you majority of folk coming to Bakewell will be leaving when you are . Message for Kate re this meet. Sorry for the delay in replying but I had forgot my password. Got it in the end. It won't let me answer direct to you so I am posting it here.
We were going to this for a few days between Swaffham and Bridlington. But we cannot make it now as our son will be back in the Uk for this period so we will be going home between the two meets to be with him for a few days.
