I just purchased the right long arm electric for €147 delivered or £125


This is cheaper than you can buy ones for right hand drive here and left hand drive will most likely be dearer still

Hi Andy,
I have a damaged right side mirror on a LHD Fiat x250 motorhome.
By damaged I mean the casing resembles a 3d jigsaw!
However I have patched it together and although there a few bits missing it is currently held together with duct tape.
Where can I get the white cover in your last picture as I am hoping this might save me having to replace the mirror unit itself?

EDIT the mirror guards fit left and right hand drive just the same

Thanks Andy, the link was brilliant. Arrived in a week, had to grind off two locating spikes, because mine is a righthand drive. Once done took just over an hour to fit. Will post a step to step guide once I've got the photo's off my busted phone.

Eh? You cant use a LHD mirror on a Right hand drive they are cranked to suit the driving position.

I have just successfully ordered a near side mirror with temperature sensor. The only stumbling block on check out was that my postcode is not recognised with as space in it. Once I corrected without a space my transaction proceeded as a registered customer. This works out at just under £130 delivered.

To my knowledge he only does UK mirrors and much more expensive usually around  £180

another one is the one i have just used for an offside mirror (demolished by a bus on Skye)

Mine are Arcol mirrors and they only do a complete unit at £400. I managed to get a head to fit after a struggle and a bit of aligning with Ken and David for £100 so happy days

Hope you remembered to buy another roll of tape Rob, don't think there will be much left now
