G.r,p repairs for the pleasure dome

First topic message reminder :

Hi well after speaking to insurance will cost me over 1000pounds a year, for next 2 years .lose no claims discount and excess ,so had qutation from local repairs shop new parts only
2 eyebrow light only one broken so they match
1 new side skirt cracked
1 new rear lower skirt this house rear lights
1 new rear light
1 tow bar
Plus labour total 2800 pick me up or floor
So diy for me

Damage scratch to top rail.rear end pannal scratch and parts as listed will post pic

Pleasure dome bzck together snd all working one bit not happy with will sort later after rally

Yeh i could never get my head around the price of some things in vans , fridges and c/h boilers etc , for the price of them you could buy 4 or 5 for the home

I managed to catch the front corner of our NEW Swift MH on holiday last year in Cornwall. Someone had left a chunk of granite sticking out as we were trying to squeeze up a narrow lane away from the car park. Another VW van coming the other way. Never saw it but we heard it .. YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEKS that sounded painful. Lucky it was just the front corner piece £23 + P&P + Vat ..

need light like this been looking but no good can be now  wider than 85mm gratefull any advice  12v   buld type or led

easy  no problem must learn to drive and listen to wife

Not as bad as I expected Mike , a man of your caliber you will soon have that fixed

it is  half way along the on drivers side extra reverse light grp damage on passenger side scraped through t cut scratches of today on side from branches

Look very similar to land rover lights, google them

chers mark seen them 95 mm to big must be no more than 85mm

yeah agree ken, look on ebay at them mick you just need to know size etc...

Maybe look at something like this where the lens isn't as long, less chance of getting damaged, doesn't say how big they are though

will email them get size looks good if I can fit this or led 3inche narrower at its wide point I will get down that lane next time

going to take base lamp holder off tomoz to see if smaller will fit cover any holes

I think these are the 95mm landie ones.

Is the lamp broke or just the lens?

just lens why can possible get one from elldis but not going to hold my breath just think put to new ones in

See if theres a name on them, they will probably be a universal light, be very surprised if they are for Elldis only
